In our last look at the massive languishing construction pit at 95 Bedford Avenue (between N. 11th and N. 12th Streets) in Williamsburg?said to be a 351-unit project from architect Karl Fischer?we dubbed the new swimming hole Hot Karl Lake. Little did we know we had an entire Riviera on our hands. This overhead shot was submitted to to the Curbed Photo Pool by a tipster who was inside The Lucent across the street?where views have suddenly been upgraded from parking lot to beachfront!
