Over in the far West Village, meat purveyor to the stars (dude supplies Shake Shack, people) Pat La Frieda has put his lovable one-story meat warehouse up for sale, asking $31 million. Though it's not a done deal that LaFrieda's going to liquidate the place—he may opt to lease it instead—there's potential for a buyer to erect "commercial office, hotel, gallery and/or condo development" on the site, so long as said developer loves the sweet, sweet odor of ground beef.
