"Okay, to those people that say that this really helps bring density to the area, yes it does, in a way. But you gotta remember this is just another tower in the park. The streetwall on Amsterdam is nice and makes up for that modernist Red Cross, but around the corner is a superblock that this building makes no effort to abate, especially since it doesn't create a streetwall and there's no way nothing will go up immediately next to it to the West.
