Wondering how developer Larry Silverstein will fill his two new 60-story luxury rental towers in Hell's Kitchen? Heck, so is he: "Mr. Silverstein seemed focused on the marketing task at hand. As he stepped inside the exterior elevator, someone asked him how he planned to do it: lease 1,359 units — some with rents as high as $4,700 a month — in the worst real-estate market in perhaps a dozen years. 'Beats the hell out of me,' he said, throwing a jocular elbow. 'I've been asking myself that question for weeks.'" [NYT; previously]
