With megaprojects all around town fading to black, we must now venture all the way to South Brooklyn—Sheepshead Bay, to be exact—for crazy new renderings of crazy new things. Above, the plans for Sheepshead Bay Station Plaza, a retail/residential mashup that, at 22 stories tall, would dwarf most everything else in the neighborhood. Considering the fact that the neighborhood got all huffy last year when this was just a four-story concept, we can't wait to see what happens next.
