DUMBO?Finally, some Two Trees letterhead to run that's not the infamous tipping memo! Tomorrow the City Council will hold the final public hearing on the developer's controversial Dock Street Dumbo building plans, which opponents say will obscure some iconic views of the Brooklyn Bridge. Yesterday we pointed out the team of celebrities that have joined the cause against the 17-story residential building. Last night, Two Trees circulated an open letter to these celebs. To see the full Walentas-issued smackdown, see after the jump. [CurbedWire Inbox]

UPPER WEST SIDE?A tipster dropped by Columbus Square's 808 Columbus luxury rental tower last weekend to check out the goods. Some thoughts: "The larger 1 and 2 bedrooms are on the east side of the building and the smaller 1 bedrooms and studios are on the west side (back of the building). They are currently leasing the 5-9th floors and if you are considering renting on the the west side of the building, the 5th and 6th floors are actually better located because you can see the rear garden as opposed to just being surrounded by ugly Park West Village. At the moment they are offering 2 months free rent to anyone who moves in around June 15th, and the 'amenities fee' will be waived I guess because there aren't any ready yet." [CurbedWire Inbox]
