Today the city will unveil its new 232-page street design manual, and the Times gives the gist: "Imagine narrow European-style roadways shared by pedestrians, cyclists and cars, all traveling at low speeds." Meanwhile, the anti-bike brigade has some new talking points. The Post reports on a Hunter College study that says cyclists "routinely disobey traffic laws, ignore red lights, bike against traffic, and use iPods or Bluetooth devices while weaving around cars and pedestrians."
