"The original WTC consisted of two tall towers with three 6 story 'stump' buildings and a hotel (added later) surrounding a plaza with a fountain. The new plan would be two tall towers, with two retail 'stumps' (admittedly the omitted towers were the more interesting ones) a museum and a beautiful transportaion center surrounding a plaza with two fountains. The hotel will follow later at the site of the Tower 5 if they ever tear the Deutche bldg down. If they ever build the performing arts center that would be a huge bonus.
