Welp, maybe Manhattanville wasn't quite ready for prime-time PriceSpotter consideration. Not much interest in this four-bedroom penthouse with a slightly wacky floorplan in Straus Park, a luxury building that opened, per StreetEasy, in 2004. Still, those who chose to participate did a rather lovely job, but no one could quiet pull off the full mindmeld with the seller. Closest without going over (we play by The Price is Right rules here at Curbed HQ) was commenter Real Estate Professional, who said, "The area up there is actually quite nice and always wondered what the interiors of that building looked like. I would guess around $2.9M because of the sq.ft." Not a bad guess, but as Christian Bale might gently ask, ARE YOU PROFESSIONAL OR NOT?!
