On the Market: Snazzy Bed-Stuy Garage Conversion

New, 10 comments

We don't make it to Bed-Stuy often enough, but when we do—whoa, nelly. What we have here is a pretty damn gorgeous 3,000-square-foot house that, according to the brokerbabble, was transformed from a raw, burned-out garage to a two-bedroom home rocking polished concrete floors, a huge kitchen, and—oh yes—a smaller, but still pretty snazzy, one-car garage. Asking on this one is $929,000, down from $1.25 million back in the day. How about we just play the owner at foosball for it?
