Move over Water Taxi Beach, the next hot pop-up artificial sandbox will be in Central Park, and it'll only be around for seven hours. On June 21, the Budget Travel blog informs us "an artificial beachfront will be featured at the Naumburg Bandshell in Central Park for the Tel Aviv Beach Party, celebrating the first Hebrew city's first hundred years.
