"Just for comparison, the Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park cost $1 Billion. It's the second tallest building in New York with it's spire, stands 54 stories tall, contains over 2 million square feet of office space and includes a transit mezzanine at its base to connect the Bryant Park subway stop with Times Square. And it was built at an incredible premium in order to achieve an LEED platinum rating. But Moynihan would just be a conversion, add no additional height to the building, and have no LEED rating. $1.4 Billion. Go figure." [Moynihan's Tab: $1.4B]
