Brownstoner reports that the condo conversion of the historic Cobble Hill Towers is moving ahead, and the "red herring" offering plan was just delivered to renters. Developer the Hudson Companies partnered up with the nine-building complex's owner last year for the purpose of condoizing the 186-unit property next to the BQE.
