The Bowery arms race between internationally acclaimed architect Norman Foster and, uh, less acclaimed Canuck Karl Fischer is heating up, with Bowery Boogie noting that Fischer's as-yet-unrevealed seven-story project at 263 Bowery had a crane on-site and active over the weekend.
