Last week's rain helped lessen the crowds at the High Line, but the much-publicized crowd control methods (1,600 maximum occupancy, wristbands, etc.) finally went into practice for the park's first weekend, Animal writes: "The park was at fireproof capacity, forcing staff to issue wristbands and aggressively police the amount of people entering, effectively transforming the High Line from a 'Midair Oasis' into an elevated human zoo."
