It's Out With the New, in With the Old in Tribeca

New, 19 comments

Cobblestones: so old-world, so charming! We love 'em, you love 'em, tourists love 'em and, obvi, real estate brokers love 'em (as any Far West Village listing can attest). Now Tribeca is getting in on the historical action, including Leonard Street between West Broadway and Hudson Street, seen above via broker-blogger Peter Comitini. The work is part of the Department of Design and Construction's Harrison, Leonard, Greenwich Streets Reconstruction, which hints at the other locations getting stoned. Adorable, even if the chauffeurs for the area's residents might not agree.
