A new report by Deutsche Bank predicts home prices in metropolitan New York City (including Westchester, northern New Jersey and other nearby areas) will fall 40.6% from prices last spring, Time recaps. That's actually a small improvement from Deutsche's March analysis, but yowza. New York's "intense lack of affordability" was one of the key factors driving the report's findings. In fact, New York ranks least affordable among the 10 biggest metropolitan areas. [Time]
