Starchitect Takes on Royalty

Forget the Port Authority vs. Larry Silverstein, the best real estate feud of the day has to be starchitect Richard Rogers vs. none other than Prince Charles. The Wall Street Journal fills us in, and apparently the "vehement antimodernist" Charles has recently blocked some high-profile Rogers projects, including a $9.85 billion housing development in London's Chelsea neighborhood. Rogers, himself a Lord, is calling for examination into Charles's role in state affairs. Who knew Prince Charles was the world's most powerful architecture critic? [WSJ]
