Lower East Side tenement dwellers pissed off about noise bouncing off the pool deck at the Thompson LES hotel will soon have another outdoor spot in the 'hood to post angry YouTube videos about. Bowery Boogie has some shots of the rather large second-floor pasture at the School of Visual Arts' towering Ludlow Residence dorm at Ludlow and Delancey, aka Desert Storm. Almost looks like a mini High Line, doesn't it? We're unsure of the partying habits of SVA kids, but they don't seem like a rambunctious lot. Come fall, we're sure neighbors will let us know for certain.
