Most of shuttered Coney Island amusement park Astroland may be in storage in Staten Island or wherever, but one signature piece is getting a glorious new home. An eight-foot-high spinning star that was installed over Astroland's entrance in 1963 will become part of the National Air and Space Museum's popular culture collection in Washington.
