As for the solar claims, you have to remember that in our hemisphere the sun is always to the south, and the max angle is around 73 degrees. Judging from the placement of the solar panels according to the description, they don't have a free south wall to use, and with the way the 'flowers' are angled, maybe half of them would get direct light, assuming there aren't taller properties on either side of this one, or the property had a large open space around it.
