There's not much left to say about architect Gene Kaufman's triple pack of hotels on West 39th Street near the Port Authority, dubbed "Hotel Hell" by a condo resident forced to stare at the multi-color light show beaming off the back of the middle hotel. There is, on the contrary, a lot left to see. Writes our tipster, "We give up. In fact, it's growing on us. This pattern is pretty circus-y, but it shows up in videos best at night. There's a couple of moodier, aquarium-like patterns that have us hypnotized." Move over Metropol, you've been out-crazied.
