Admiral's Row, it's almost time for your final salute. The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corp. has at last issued a request for proposals for turning the six-acre corner of the industrial park into a retail center, complete with a supermarket of at least 40,000 square feet and a big ol' parking lot. Any developer that signs on must also preserve and renovate two historic Admiral's Row buildings. Hey, Trader Joe's has a vague maritime theme and some community-friendly cachet.
