Haunted Harlem House For Sale

New, 2 comments

The Harlem real estate market has seen it all over the past few years, but not this: On 141st Street in Hamilton Heights, neighbors complain that a real estate broker/yogi/magician/dancer/veterinarian has turned his triplex (fashioned from an old church and called Temple M) into an illegal noise-blasting night club. It's also a B&B, with a loft renting for $2,000 per night, and the whole thing is on the market for $12 million. The owner's response to neighbors' complaints: "They're fighting against a ghost. Everything is perfectly legal." Here's the supernatural listing. [NYP]
