Any time you hear something about 11 Times Square, the FX Fowle-designed speculative skyscraper under construction at Eighth Avenue and 42nd Street, it's usually no tenants this, flooded office market that. For something entirely different and very cool, the tower's builders have put together the above time-lapse video of the project's rise. Still doesn't make us want to shell out $100/sf to house Curbed & Sons Fine Elixirs and Bloggery, but very nice!
