Last night was the Apthorp meeting to introduce insider deals to remaining rental tenants, and a tipster tells us the Drive For 25 (sales by September, or else) hasn't yielded any crazy discount offers, yet: "The meeting was called, presumably, to talk about lower pricing for insider tenants but their attitude was: Come to us with an offer and we'll think about it.
