Despite the massive PriceChopping at its Williamsburg waterfront neighbor Northside Piers, The Edge still hasn't cut prices, and its developer Jeff Levine tells the Times, "if we have a willing partner who wants to buy a unit, we will work with them to facilitate their purchase — whether that means we help with their closing costs or help them with their parking requirements." Levine also says sales hover around 20% and they're selling "one or two units every week," and?yikes?Phase II is "a few years in the offing" due to financing, or lack thereof. [NYT]
