Mythbusters, Starring The Cuozz

New, 5 comments

Post bulldog Steve Cuozzo uses his Realty Check column today to separate fact from fiction in the New York real estate world, and while much of it has to do with commercial stuff (Zzzzzzzz...), The Cuozz hurls some heaters in our direction. He lays waste to the alleged transformation of Eighth Avenue (calling it "Midtown's most troubled boulevard"), and ends on this zinger: PLAIN LIES: Residential developers and brokers who claim that this or that recently completed condo project was sold mostly to local families, not to investors. TRUTH: Scores of condo towers completed in the past few years have no lights on at night. How can those families see? [NYP]
