Construction on the most controversial building in Carroll Gardens will soon kick into high gear, Brownstoner reports. The 70-footer at 360 Smith Street (aka Oliver House), deemed OK to rise that high by the Board of Standards & Appeals back in November following a zoning challenge, has picked up a new partner and is ready to rumble. The building has burned through multiple architects and designs, and spurred CGers into anti-developer action like never before. [Brownstoner; previously]
