Sales at Brooklyn Heights' 20 Henry Street (candy factory turned affordable housing turned luxury condos) were halted in the spring until the building became more complete, and it looks like that wait is going to be pretty long. The Brooklyn Eagle reports that an "enormous hole in the roof" has exposed the upper floors to the harsh weather for the past few months.
