It's been about six months since we last looked in at One Jackson Square, the famously undulating new development located just south of 14th Street at Eighth Avenue in the West Village. With the exterior glass now almost completely installed, it's time to take stock of the final result: not bad, we'd say, even if the lack of curved glass gives it a herky-jerky feel from certain directions. Prices, though, are still stratospheric: according to StreetEasy, the building prices out at over $2,500/square foot, and, not surprisingly, no closings seem to have happened as yet. Residency is promised for this summer, and the lobby looks close to done in these photos, but here's betting fall is more likely.
