On the Market: Walentas' $25m Dumbo ClockTower Perch!

New, 18 comments

Back in June, when an $8.5 million penthouse came on the market at One Main Street in Dumbo, aka the ClockTower Building, it was duly noted that another unit in the building coming to market would make it look like child's play. And, sure as sugar: at last we have developer/Dumbo creationist David Walentas' very own penthouse, complete with views out the clock faces, as seen in this most excellent NYTimes slideshow. Among the details in the three-story apartment: a glass-walled elevator; at the top, a tiny crow's nest; oh, and a $25 million asking price, which would make this easily the richest Brooklyn sale ever. Time's a wasting!
