The Skinny: Crisp space in a tony locale. There are 10' ceilings within, but you're going to have to walk up to get there. A few more points of interest: the second bedroom is not large and there is one bathroom, located at the opposite end of the apartment from the master. The kitchen decor borders on cold, but there is a wood-burning fireplace to heat things up. Well, what say you?
