"As a former Bronxite who recently moved out of that bourough, I can see some of the designs workable, but given the state of high crime in the 'grittier' sections of the Grand Concourse (the mid-to-south sections of the Concourse), I don't believe it would be appreciated by much of the low-income residents there that reside there. The best parts of the Grand Concourse are the very north end (Mosholu Pkwy area) and Yankee Stadium/court house sections).
