Costas Kondylis, an architect of so many of the real estate boom's towering creations that even Karl Fischer got jealous, has dissolved the partnership of his real estate firm. Or maybe it was dissolved for him! Either way, it's hard not to be a little nervous about this eerie statement from one of his former partners: "Kondylis is pursuing a certain interest that he has." (Apparently it has something to do with "helping developers with their real estate deals." Egads.) Meantime, the most pressing question of all: will he still be able to get his hair to do this?
