And now, the latest from Racked, covering shopping and retail from the sidewalks up.

1) Rockefeller Center: Late last week, Brooks Brothers threw open the doors at its new "boutique" concept in Rock Center. Concept: a smaller, cozier, more selectively curated version of the brand's usual shops. It carries all Brooks Brothers merchandise except Black Fleece, of which Racked ominously notes, "Make of that what you will."
2) Queens: There's something strange coming to a Macy's in Queens. Spoiler: it's Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who was only recently informed that the borough exists.
3) Lower East Side: There's something new coming to Freeman Alley! If you're looking for 1980s-inspired jewelry in a store decorated with "Sigourney Weaver's Working Girl townhouse in mind," this may be your place.
