229 N. 8th Goes Nondo

New, 11 comments

A Curbed tipster emails, "In what might be a record for the shortest time a new development is on the market, 229 North 8th Street is now going rental after a few weeks on the market. Apartments and Lofts, after offering a record-setting low 1% commission on sales in the building, is switching gears and trying again. The developer, Yitzhok Schwartz, is the same Schwartz that is in the process of losing Warehouse 11 in Williamsburg's first note sale by Capital One." Brownstoner's got more on this, including a look at the rental pricing. Oh, sweet nondo; she ain't got nothin' at all. [CurbedWire/Brownstoner]
