The MTA is already shooting down a Brooklyn politician's effort to get the Hoyt-Schermerhorn A, C, G subway stop renamed for Michael Jackson, who filmed his "Bad" video in the station in 1987. Still, City Councilwoman Letitia James plans on kicking off a petition drive to gain support for the campaign. The naming rights might be for sale, however, in which case Bubbles the Chimp could probably just cut a check and make this happen. [NYP]
