Though it didn't make the list, this Richardson Street site (near Union Ave.) is, we're told, "not very active." And if there's one thing we know about not very active Williamsburg construction sites, it's that junkies find them rather appealing. So?away crusties! But is this threat empty? The mental image of a nightstick cracking our jaw leaves us somewhat uninterested in finding out.
