The Related Companies?hard at work developing luxury blockbusters like Superior Ink, the Brompton and the Caledonia?are having better luck in Manhattan than in Fort Myers, Florida. There, the company's new 32-story Oasis Tower One has just one tenant?a New Jersey family that uses the condo as a vacation home. Other buyers in the 200-unit building either walked away from deposits or were transferred to the building next door. Not this family. The fountain is off, the lobby doors locked, the staff nonexistent. Still, they park in their assigned parking spot and sleep with one eye open. Sounds like a great vacation!
