The West Village is newly crowned as Manhattan's most expensive 'hood, so wouldn't the sale of celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz's trio of townhouses get her out of that messy debt situation? According to Bloomberg, which for some reason decided to go to Palazzo Chupi's broker for an estimate, the 12,000 square feet of prime Greenwich Street livin' could fetch up to $2,500/sf, or $30 million. Leibovitz's troublesome loan was for $24 million, btw. [Bloomberg via Daily Intel; previously]
