The Japanese budget hotel developer that purchased five parcels of Jackson Avenue land in Long Island City during the glory days of 2007 intends on carrying out its kamikaze mission. Toyoko Inn has filed plans for a 385-foot-tall, 699-room hotel that will be the largest hotel in the outer boroughs.
