The Wall Street Journal's Developments blog is reporting that Bernie Madoff's seized Upper East Side duplex penthouse will be listed for $9.9 million when it hits the market through Sotheby's any minute now. That's a lot higher than the $7.5-$8 million it was estimated at when the U.S. Marshals seized the place, but maybe the Feds are bullish on the Manhattan housing market. There's an apartment four floors beneath Bernie's that's for sale for $7.6 million. [Developments]
