Several guessers were right when they said the asking price for this Jetsonville apartment is "so 2007." The sellers are asking the same price they paid two years ago. Guesses ranged from $850K to $1.3M. One commenter summed it up: "really a one-bed, the location isn't great and the building isn't that fancy. Cheap maintenance, though and a nice terrace." Is breaking even a realistic goal? Or did that razor blade attack -- not to mention that pesky down market -- devalue the property? (And can anyone tell us why the unit's refrigerator needs an Internet connection?)
