Have been for some time, actually, as evidenced by our frequent trips inside and outside architect William Pedersen's wavy collection of 10 kajillion window treatments (rough estimate). The 11-story undulator's slow rise over one of the Village's busiest intersections?a location the critics are quick to pounce on?has been quite the tease, but after last week's insane lobby reveal and with closings in the 35-unit building now underway, we have our first real look at what life inside the glass house will be like. Invest in Windex futures! The top two floors (with private roof deck) are still available for $21.75 million, and yes we've added it to our Amazon Wish List.
