The W Hotel & Residences down at 123 Washington Street in the shadowy canyons of Lower Manhattan may be months behind schedule, but hey now?progress! The tower's planned BLT Grill restaurant just got approved for a liquor license by Community Board 1. Eater has some details: "Two floors, and a small plaza/patio with about 20 seats.
