The Skinny: We're intrigued by this condo in a newish full-service luxury building for a couple of reasons: 1) Do apartments on 99th Street carry a premium over places located one block north? If this same apartment was on 100th Street, would there be a triple-digit stigma in buyers' eyes that would force the price down a bit? These are the questions that keep us up at night. 2) We can't remember the last time we saw a non-townhouse condo with a yard/terrace this size. It's a bit insane.
