Robert De Niro may be used to bullying around people on the big screen, but the Landmarks Preservation Commission isn't Joe Pesci. The penthouse on his Greenwich Hotel is too big, and after appearing before the commission and promising to remedy the situation, Bob has given them the cold shoulder.
