A tipster writes in to update us on the sixth-floor loft at 347 West Broadway, which was 2,500 square feet -- bigger than the building footprint -- when we last took a look at it in March. Shortly thereafter, the unit met with the SizeChopper, coming out of the encounter a trimmer 2,000 square feet and $1.45 million. But it was not to last. The apartment bounced up to 2,200 square feet and $2 million. Now it's asking $1.8 million. The tipster writes: "The yo-yoing on price is one thing, but on square footage at the same time? It's making me dizzy."
