A judge has ruled that the MTA owes an additional $40 million to the owners of four parcels of FiDi land seized through eminent domain for the delayed and over-budget Fulton Street Transit Center. The MTA had valued the land at $100 million, but the court said the properties should be seen as an assemblage instead of individual parcels, making them more valuable. The MTA plans to appeal and, perhaps, sell the oculus for scrap. [Globe St.]
